MEALS ON WHEELS NEEDS YOU!  Take one hour of your time out of every 8 weeks to help others.  For more information, call Walter Ginn Lawson at 713-269-4944.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR for the 11th Annual “Fishers of Men” Retreat, held in Port Mansfield from April 30th to May 2nd.  Brochures and registration information will be available soon!

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED to serve as ushers and/or greeters on Sunday mornings.  Being a greeter involves a minimal time commitment – you simply arrive a few minutes early and greet those who are arriving for the worship service as they enter the building.  Dates are flexible, and you serve just a few times a year.  Ushers work in teams to assist with distributing bulletins, taking the offering and other duties.  They normally serve for a month at a time, but substitutes are available in the event of scheduling conflicts.  If you are interested in either of these ministries or have questions, please contact the church office at 281-482-7821 for more information.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED in having your offerings to the church done by monthly direct deposit, please pick up a form from the kiosk or contact the church office.

GARAGE APARTMENT NEEDED (or something similar) for a young lady in her early twenties who can’t afford an apartment yet.  The ministry team from our church working in this situation is requesting information about any such place you might know about.  Please contact the church office at 281-482-7821

DID YOU KNOW that there is a bookshelf in the Coffee Café with some great reading material that is all available for FREE?  These books have recently been reorganized and sorted into categories such as Christian books, children’s books, fiction, marriage and family, encouragement, general interest, magazines and audio CDs.  Stop by to see if there is something that might interest you or a friend.  If you have books to donate, please place them in the bin next to the shelf so that they can be sorted.
